It applies to us all.

• you are 18 years of age when you are submitting this application; and, finally,
• you are not already--and will not be in the future--a member of the section/division/element of any guild other than the Sentinels on the Sentinels' server without first gaining approval of your game Tribune. (Who can play on two teams in the same sports league at one time, and do justice to them both?!).
